If you realise your delivery address is incorrect, contact us straight away. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any address errors.

Yes, but catalogues are only sent via WhatsApp. Please send us a message to request a copy!

You can download invoices from your account by going to Order History and selecting the relevant order. Invoices are also attached to your confirmation email and included in your package.

Wash inside out, avoid bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and either iron inside out or use baking/parchment paper to preserve the design.

Yes, we do sell gift cards! These can either be sent as part of your order or digitally downloaded, depending on your preference.

The digital design fee covers the time and expertise required to prepare and customise your design. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with your order.
